Christa Nater’s research focuses on understanding mechanisms that perpetuate social inequalities and biases, as well as transforming these insights into actions that address pressing societal and organizational issues. In exploring these issues, her research takes and interdisciplinary approach drawing from social psychological, organizational, and sociological perspectives.
